We use a print-on-demand production process. This means that each product is only made after you place your order. This helps us avoid overproduction and conserve resources.

Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, if available.

Our products are carefully and securely packaged for transport by our production partners to ensure they arrive undamaged.

In exceptional cases, for example during the Christmas season, on public holidays, or in the event of an especially high volume of orders, the delivery time may be slightly extended. Should there be any major delays, we will, of course, inform you.

Yes. The safety of our products is particularly important to us. Our play rugs have been tested for PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) by the independent testing laboratory QIMA Testing, and no PFAS were detected. In addition, the rugs meet the relevant U.S. and Canadian flammability requirements for rugs.

Yes. Our area rugs have successfully passed the relevant U.S. flammability tests for rugs and textile floor coverings. The results are documented in independent test reports.

Yes. For our play mats, we have independent test reports from the testing laboratory QIMA, which document, among other things, the PFAS testing as well as the flammability tests.

Many of our products are used daily by children and families – products for children in particular must inspire confidence. That is why we attach great importance to high-quality materials, transparent information and independent testing, and we work continuously to provide the most comprehensive safety information possible.

Our play mats are very easy to care for. Minor stains can be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. For a long service life, we recommend not washing the mat in a washing machine.

Our play and birthday tablecloths are easy to care for and can be machine washed at low temperatures. For a long service life, we recommend a gentle wash cycle and air drying. Please follow the care instructions on the product label.

You should remove fresh stains as soon as possible. In most cases, a damp cloth with a little mild detergent is sufficient. Please avoid harsh cleaners, bleach, or abrasive sponges to protect the material and print in the long term.

Store your products in a clean, dry place. Playmats should be stored as flat as possible or loosely rolled to prevent creases. After cleaning, tablecloths can be neatly folded and stored dry.

Thanks to high-quality printing processes, the colors remain brilliant for a long time even with regular use. Proper care additionally helps to permanently preserve the color intensity.

No, quite deliberately not. Our furniture films are designed so that you can cut them to size to fit your furniture. This allows the designs to be adapted to different pieces of furniture, sizes, and surfaces.

The surface should be clean, dry, smooth, and free from dust and grease before applying the adhesive. First, carefully align the film, then apply it evenly to the surface. You can trim the excess to fit your piece of furniture.

Yes, our furniture film can be removed from the piece of furniture without leaving any residue. Our tip: Carefully heat the film with a hairdryer when removing it. The heat makes the adhesive even easier to loosen, and the film can then be gently peeled off.

We only produce once an order has been received. This prevents the buildup of unnecessary inventory and avoids overproduction. As a result, materials and resources can be used more effectively and consciously.
